The ticket is only valid for travel on the date/time for which it was purchased. Tickets purchased online cannot be returned at points of sale. Kapetan Luka – Krilo is not responsible for errors and omissions made by the customer and they will not be accepted as a basis for a full refund. Such errors include: wrongly selected sailing date, wrongly chosen route or wrongly chosen tickets. Kapetan Luka – Krilo is not responsible for the delays of other carriers used by the passenger for a connected journey. If the passenger is late for the catamaran for such reasons, they will not be the basis for a refund.
A full refund is only possible in case of line cancellation and a major delay of more than 90 minutes for which the ticket was purchased.
It is not possible to change tickets. Tickets can be canceled and you need to buy new tickets. In the event of a change in the date/time of the trip, it is possible to obtain a refund of 75% of the total invoice amount. In case of cancellation of the trip, it is possible to obtain a refund of 50% of the total invoice amount. The request for a refund should be sent by filling out the “Contact us” form or directly to e-mail (refund@krilo.hr), at least 24 hours before the trip! Refund requests sent within 24 hours of the scheduled sailing are not a basis for a refund, but will be considered.
After sending the request, Kapetan Luka – Krilo will contact you within a reasonable time. Refunds are always made to the bank account (regardless of the card) from which the purchase was made. The time required for the funds to be visible on the account depends on the banks, and it can take up to a month. If, even after a month, the funds are not in your account, please contact your bank, the card payment department.
